Our support level agreement (SLA) ensures:

- Technical remedial investigation action initiated within 2 hours with the average fix the same.

Training
The DocuWare Academy is our training centre where you can learn what you need to make the most of your work with DocuWare. From an introductory seminar to technical workshops for advanced users – everyone can learn in a way that is tailored to their needs.
